“It never happened, our guide never showed up. We were there 20 minutes before and waited 30 minutes after. Called about 7 minutes past the start time and they told us to call the American number and American said call the Swiss number. Forced to ask for a refund, we will see how this process goes. We have done Viator tours many times before and have never had an issue until now.”
