“Your transportation company in Zurich is at the least incompetent and at worse antisemitic. The moment the driver heard my kids use Hebrew words in conversation his attitude toward us changed. He asked us to call him 15 min before we conclude our visit, however kept us for over 90 min waiting for him to pick us up. At the end he never showed up and sent another car to pick us up . A small Toyota to pick up five passengers . I declined and took a private taxi to get back to our hotel.”
