“Your transportation company in Zurich is at the least incompetent and at worse antisemitic. The moment the driver heard my kids use Hebrew words in conversation his attitude toward us changed. He asked us to call him 15 min before we conclude our visit, however kept us for over 90 min waiting for him to pick us up. At the end he never showed up and sent another car to pick us up . A small Toyota to pick up five passengers . I declined and took a private taxi to get back to our hotel.”

“Total scam! 100% You do not need this to go into the Lindt chocolate museum, tickets are cheap at the museum even the receptionist told us we got scammed. Price is overly exaggerated. Paid almost 80% up charge. Super upset with the service provided, our ride arrived over 40 minutes late, wasted our morning. Do not get this service just take a regular taxi or boat ride over to the museum.”
Review of Zurich’s private transfer to Lindt Home of Chocolate, with hotel pickup, museum tasting, transport details, value, and ticket advice.
“BEWARE: Tickets to the Lindt museum are NOT purchased ahead of time and therefore entry is NOT guaranteed with this tour as implied. Our disappointing story: The driver texted us the morning of the tour requesting to pick us up early, which should have been the first red flag for a scheduled tour time. Upon arrival at the Lindt museum the driver parked and said he had to come inside with us to get our tickets, another red flag. The screen at reception stated the tickets were sold out for the day and the driver took a photo of the screen and excused himself outside to make a phone call.…”
